3. Storage Agreement

All storage services are subject to a separate storage agreement that will be provided upon booking. The terms of that agreement will govern the specific storage services provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your storage agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

You may not store the following items:

• Hazardous materials or chemicals
• Perishable goods
• Illegal items
• Items that require special handling or licensing

6. Liability

While we take reasonable care to protect stored items, The FLEXSTORAGE's liability is limited as set forth in your storage agreement. We recommend that you maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your stored items.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the storage agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all stored items within the specified timeframe.
